Offering a la carte options, decadent buffet, delivery, signature cocktails and an extensive wine list, this all-day dining restaurant tops off Jakarta's cosmopolitan essence.
The word PA.SO.LA means spear in the local language and derives from the Sanskrit sula. It is a traditional ceremony from Sumba, that express gratitude for a prosperous harvest. The five elements of the logo which are lotus, fish (koi), paddy, sunray and spear that each represents passion, perseverance, wealth, beginning and victory.
Led by Executive Chef Willmer Colmenares and his culinary team, PA.SO.LA elevates the dining experience through various of curated menus that combines the essence of Mediterranean cuisine and modern Indonesian flavours. The culinary team will create exquisite dishes using fresh and locally sourced ingredients from around the archipelago. With a full bank of windows overlooking the city, PA.SO.LA offers delectable arrays on the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner with an a la carte option. To name a few of recommended dishes in the restaurant are Rendang Arancini, Barramundi Dabu-Dabu, Sop Buntut and Bali Chocolate Ganache with Kecombrang infused.
The restaurant received Travelers' Choice Award in 2020 and 2021 and ranks Number 1 Restaurant in Jakarta by TripAdvisor for two consecutive years in 2020 and 2021.
PA.SO.LA during the day offers dynamic, vibrant and refined ambience that turns to subtle and relaxing after the dusk. The lounge area sets a perfect setting spot with selection of light snacks, evening cocktails and wide range of cigar collections and mixes the best cocktails while enjoying conversations with friends or business colleagues. For an intimate experience, a business meeting or a family gathering, PA.SO.LA offers three private dining rooms that can accommodate parties from 8 - 40 guests.
