Rizky Apriliana
Chef Rizky Apriliana has started her career journey at The Ritz Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place in November 2007 as a Commis Chef. Through her curiosity and passion, Rizky worked her way to become Chef de Cuisine of PASOLA in 2016. Rizky has also had the opportunity to be part of the pre-opening task force of The Ritz Carlton Reserve Phulay Bay, Thailand for 3 months. She enjoyed further experience as a Chef de Cuisine for the opening of The Ritz Carlton Bali in 2015 before again rejoining back to the PASOLA culinary family.
Rizky's passion lays in the development of Indonesian classic cuisine, taking pride in contemporary plating presentations and care and development of her team. Rizky has been rewarded for her diligence in being named as the Winner of annual Best Employee Five-Star and then the annual award for Leader both in 2014 and 2019.
