Executive Chef Sean Macdougall oversees overall culinary department focusing on fine dining restaurant concept, luxurious weddings, banqueting, and conference operations of The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place.

He is of Australian nationality and has been gaining over twenty years of cooking experience, also known as the Executive Chef specializing in multi cuisines restaurants and banqueting.

Chef Macdougall joined The Ritz-Carlton group in 2000 with many previous experiences as Executive Chef in some big chain hotels. Prior to his appointment in Jakarta, he was the Executive Chef for The Ritz-Carlton Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt where he was successfully leading the culinary team for a thorough renovation period.
